DISPERSIONS

ChemCor supplies two basic types of dispersions. Our Micronized Dispersions are made by dispersing various particle size waxes in water using shear and chemical means to create a stable product. We offer PTFE and High Density Polyethylene in water systems and at various particle sizes. PTFE offers exceptional heat resistance and release properties. The particle size of the wax dispersion affects gloss, rub resistance and slip of the final coating.

Our dispersions of Ethylene-Acrylic Copolymers are high molecular weight resin like products. They provide adhesion to a wide range of substrates and also improve barrier properties..

ChemCor manufacturers three types of ammoniac Resin Solutions. These products can also be manufactured with various amines or fixed alkali upon request.

DISPERSION PROPERTIES: Anti-blocking, Release, Slip, Lubricity, Barrier Properties and Rub Resistance.
